Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a pre-order take to arrive? +
Pre-order items typically take 2–6 weeks to arrive. This is an approximate timeframe only, and an item may arrive earlier or later - we'll post updates directly on the product page and contact you by email if this occurs.
Can I cancel a pre-order? +
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, as garments are cut to order. We're unable to offer a refund or store credit on a pre-order for a change of mind, so please read the product details carefully before placing your order.
What happens if I order a pre-order item with in-stock items? +
All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we'd recommend placing them as a separate order.
Why do some brands only offer pre-order? +
Some Labels make pieces to order specifically for sustainability reasons, cutting back on overproduction and waste rather than manufacturing stock that may never sell. It's a slower process, but a more conscious one.
