At Gypsy & Wolf, we are committed to fast, reliable shipping so you can enjoy your bohemian treasures as soon as possible. Please review our shipping policy for details on order processing, delivery times, and international shipping.


Order Processing

Most orders are dispatched the same business day. If not, they will be sent the next business day. Please double-check your full name and shipping address at checkout. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot alter delivery timing.

Address Changes

To update your shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@gypsyandwolf.com with the subject line: ADDRESS URGENT. After this window, address changes are not guaranteed.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, especially during busy periods. Gypsy & Wolf is not responsible for carrier delays or exact delivery dates.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping $9.95: Same state: 2–4 business days | Interstate: 3–6+ business days
  • Express Shipping $15.00: Same state: 1–2+ business days | Interstate: 1–3+ business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Times may vary during peak periods — please check Australia Post for updates.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock. For separate delivery, place separate orders.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important Information:

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
  • Customs Clearance: Please consult your local customs office for any queries. Gypsy & Wolf is not liable for charges once the order has shipped.

Delivery

If you’re not home, your carrier may leave a card with re-delivery or pickup instructions. If it’s safe, they may leave the parcel at your address.
