Australian Orders:

Free delivery if you spend over $150 AUD!
$9.95 flat rate for all other Orders or why not upgrade to EXPRESS!!

  • All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Your order will take anywhere between 1-10 business days if it is placed and paid by 12:00pm Monday to Thursday(Hobart time) within Australia ( Metro area ) & Outside Australia Post network will be fastest possible delivery. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day.
  • All orders placed and paid after 12:00pm on Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week.
  • It may take 2 to 3 business days to deliver your order to some remote areas.
  • Gypsy & Wolf does not accept responsibility for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.
  • If your item has been marked as delivered and not received please contact us within two business days. Gypsy and Wolf will not re-imburse for a parcel that is showing as delivered. You will need to contact Australia Post for this immediately and Get a reference number for us to be able to assist you in anyway.
  • Gypsy and Wolf does not accept responsibility once a parcel has passed to Australia post for delivery. Please contact the Courier for all enquiries. 
  • We are now shipping to PO Boxes or Lock Boxes.
  • Occasionally we will do random credit checks for security purposes if orders was paid by credit card.

ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING MEGA SALES MAY TAKE UPTO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. WE WILL WORK HARD TO GET THESE OUT TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO YOU. 

International Orders:

  • Express international shipping can only be delivered to a street address. We do not ship via express to PO boxes.
  • We does not accept responsibility for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.
  • All orders placed and paid after 3pm on Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week.
  • Orders will take 1-2 business days to process before it gets shipped out of our fulfillment center
  • Occasionally we will do random credit checks for security purposes if orders was paid by credit card.

We make it our priority to send out your packages on time every day. That means all orders received before 12:00pm local Hobart time on a business day will be shipped out that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays.

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Gypsy & Wolf is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Gypsy & Wolf can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, email seductivefox@outlook.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately!

GYPSY AND WOLF is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part.

If an Order Is Cancelled Once Shipped The Shipping Cost is then Forfeited by the Customer Due to Courier Needing to Be Paid for Services.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
